Those of us who were in the room know how powerful Van's speech was. I especially loved the powerful moment when a young man stood up during Q&A and asked "How can you insure that I get one of those green jobs?" Part of Van's response was to say that the people who could make that guarantee were in the room with us.

Yes, that was a very good speech.

He generally has a wonderful way of making the individual feel part of something much larger than himself.
