Will Inspire for Office Space

Worldchanging.com, one of the world’s leading voices in sustainability and social innovation, is looking for a new work space near downtown. If you have square footage to spare and want to trade unused space for insight into the cutting edge of bright green thinking, some positive brand karma and potentially a bit of tax relief, please read on.

What we need:
We're a small outfit, with four full-time Seattle-based staff and a few part-time people, and we are transitioning to a partially distributed work model. We’re looking for a separate/defined space with good light where up to 5 people can work office hours Monday-Friday, keep a few filing cabinets, a printer and some bookshelves, and put a conference table (or have access to a conference room). We can provide our own furniture and equipment, and set up our own phone (and Internet service as needed).

What we offer:
We can offer our most valuable asset: big ideas. Executive Editor Alex Steffen – an internationally sought-after speaker on the conference circuit and at leading corporations and universities – will host biannual brown-bag discussions with both our teams, bringing great ideas gathered from around the world into your workplace discussions. In addition, the vibrant energy and high-integrity brand that has made us the second-largest sustainability site on the planet will reflect well on our corporate host, and we’ll make sure our audience knows about your generosity. We’re looking for a 12- to 24-month commitment on space on a pro-bono basis, and because Worldchanging is a 501(c)3 organization, you may qualify for a write-off on your taxes (ask your accountant to be sure of your situation).

We welcome your questions, and are open to other possibilities. To discuss, please contact Julia Levitt at julia [at] worldchanging [dot] com or 206.409.6726.
