Paul Fleming works for Seattle Public Utilities where he directs the department's strategic response to climate change and manages collaborative partnerships with other utilities and research organizations. He is active in the water sector, advising water industry research associations on their climate change research agendas and speaking frequently on water and climate adaptation at industry conferences. He is also a delegate to the US-Japan Leadership Program. He holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
