
Tony Blair has called for a "Green Revolution" of a magnitude similar to the tech innovation surrounding the Internet to slow global warming. In his speech in Auckland, the prime minister said the framework to replace Kyoto - which expires at the end of 2012 - must include China, India and the US. Solutions needed to be applicable to the developing world, he added.
