Planeta (the "global journal of practical ecotourism") is holding an online conference on urban ecotourism, beginning on the 20th:
"Participants will brainstorm about alternatives to urban sprawl and examine how urban tourism can be more ecological. We will look at the role cities play as gateway communities and examples of how urban tourism contributes to conservation..."
