Ally Paul Fleming sends this follow-up to Know Your Dictators: Sobaka's Dossier, a compilation of "biographical sketches of the world's famous and notorious, warlords and soldiers, criminals and saints."

This is much grimmer reading than the Parade magazine piece, and Sobaka itself kind of, well, creeps me out. That said, this is the world we live in, and we've got to know it to change it.
